The Role

The Talent Acquisition Director will lead the team and ensure that the recruitment strategy is aligned to the business needs. You will be transforming the function from a fairly manual one to a forward thinking one using the most modern talent acquisition tools and methodology.

The Criteria

In order to be considered for this fantastic new role, you will be an experienced Talent Acquisition expert with exposure in working for a multinational company and from within in a startup environment. This role is earmarked for a Saudi National as per Government Saudization laws.
