Role: Talent Development Manager
Location: New York, NY (Midtown)
Hybrid: 4 days in office
Compensation range: Up to $175k base salary
Our client is a top global investment firm who are looking for a Talent Development Manager to take their development and management programs to the next level.
The role will see you working closely with senior leadership to determine gaps and create programs to support employees. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work strategically while also being involved in the execution and must thrive balancing both elements of the role. It’s a great opportunity to take ownership of the function and really make an impact.
As the Talent Development Manager, you will:
- Be fully responsible for developing and executing the training and development strategy for the business.
- Create robust programming to support varying levels of the employee population.
- Support with long term development such as succession planning, talent management, promotion criteria etc.
- Work with senior stakeholders to determine business needs and support those needs proactively.
Key requirements:
- 5-10 years’ experience in L&D or talent development.
- Experience working within a rigorous financial services institution, ideally within private equity, hedge funds, alternative investments, or similar.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with a white glove service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
