Job Title: Temporary HR Business Process Analyst
Location: Fully onsite, near Manhattan, New York
Pay: $55 – $75 per hour
We are seeking a Temporary HR Business Process Analyst to join our team and help optimize people processes for greater efficiency and productivity within our HR department. This role will require a hands-on approach to analyze, document, and improve HR processes across the global function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document existing HR processes across various teams.
* Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and define process improvement goals.
* Develop comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
* Recommend and implement performance metrics to ensure ongoing process effectiveness.
* Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify and implement process improvements.
* Partner with HRIS and IT teams to identify technology solutions for process automation and optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret large sets of global data.
* Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes and create effective solutions.
* Proficiency in process mapping and modeling techniques.
* High attention to detail when working with complex data and information.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
