Position: Temporary Technical Recruiter
Location: Irving, TX (Remote work)
Duration: 6-12 months
Pay: $70-$90 per hour
Years of Experience: 8-10 years
The Temporary Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our client. This role requires a high-volume, results-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on both active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling, and selling job opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a startup mentality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and sell job opportunities effectively.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and track progress.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Prior experience recruiting for financial services, tech, fintech, or asset management companies is required.
- Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A startup mentality, with a proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
