We are delighted to be instructed by a leading Asset Manager to find them a Total Reward VP to join their London HQ (St Paul’s/Bank). This exciting role will be responsible for developing their global reward function, ensuring the policies, processes and structures align with both a sustainable and fair pay philosophy and reflect fund performance. Winners of various industry accolades for responsible investment, this rapidly expanding business is attracting key staff globally and is steadily building out it’s footprint to capitalise on their successes. Reporting into the HR Director, you will serve as a crucial SME on compensation and deferred compensation plans within the business. Duties will include managing and coordinating the annual salary review process – creating the annual timetable, lead and support global bonus, discretionary cash (sign-on, buy-out and guarantees) and commission- based reward programmes review and administration; and lead new reward proposals across all jurisdictions. You will prepare the annual Total Reward Statements for employees as well as creation of accompanying factsheets and prepare relevant papers for management/Board illustrating and analysing compensation structure and spend. Additionally, the firm is in scope for MiFID, AIFMD, IFPR regulations, this role will be responsible for managing the MRT population and required reporting. As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates with previous total reward experience within financial services (covering base pay, cash incentive plans, long term incentive plans (LTIP), commissions, employee share-plans and deferral programs and global benefits management) together with advanced excel, strong analytical skills and great attention to detail. Strong communication skills are crucial, especially when facing off to C-Suite leaders. The business operates a 60/40 agile working policy.
