Workday Security Specialist
I am thrilled to support the recruitment of a Workday Security Specialist, for a 12-month fixed term contract, to focus on enhancing Workday on a global scale for end users and HR populations. In this role you will act as the main point of contact and expert on all things Workday Security, ensuring a quality level of configuration and continuous improvement. Advanced knowledge and experience of Workday Security within HCM and Recruiting modules is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with security-related inquiries, troubleshoot access issues, and offer guidance on security practices.
- Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues related to data access, retention, and sharing. Regularly review security controls for improvements.
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to support the global platform, working within a structured governance model.
- Work closely with global and local teams, including Workday specialists and HR stakeholders, to guide and implement security enhancements.
- Develop, implement, and update security policies, including role-based and user-based access controls within Workday.
- Oversee and validate all security roles and group assignments, ensuring appropriate end-user access and permissions across Workday.
- Partner with key stakeholders to design and refine security roles, access controls, and permission sets that align with data security best practices.
- Act as an internal consultant, advising stakeholders on system capabilities and providing user support and training.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for security policies and procedures.
The role offers a competitive package of up to £85,000 p.a. on a 12 months fixed term basis. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
