We’re excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven trading firm that is expanding its footprint across APAC. Operating at the intersection of quantitative research, cutting-edge technology, and high-frequency trading, the firm is known for its innovative approach to global financial markets. This role offers the chance to be part of an agile, lean, and highly collaborative environment where HR is deeply embedded in the business and plays a strategic role in shaping its growth.

Your role as a HR Business Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders in Singapore and across APAC, particularly with front office teams, to drive people strategies that support business objectives. With Singapore being a key hub in Asia and home to some of the most critical teams, the business is looking for someone dedicated to growing with the firm in the long term. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development to ensure teams are structured for success in a highly competitive industry. With APAC positioned for significant expansion, this role will be instrumental in supporting leadership through change and scaling efforts while maintaining the firm’s entrepreneurial culture.

In addition to strategic partnering, you will play a key role in employee engagement, career development, and retention, ensuring the firm continues to attract and nurture top talent. While there is an operational element, you will have support from the wider HR teams regionally, allowing you to focus on high-impact initiatives. The firm values individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while bringing strong communication skills and a strategic mindset to the role.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of HR experience, preferably within boutique financial services firms or high-growth firms. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to shape the people agenda in a firm that values agility, collaboration, and strategic HR leadership.
