Regional HR Business Partner

We’re working with a fast-growing animal healthcare provider to hire a Regional HR Business Partner to support six hospitals across Northern California. This ambitious company has big growth plans in 2025, so it is an exciting time to join. A love for animals is a must!

You will be tasked with taking on varied generalist project-based work. Our client is seeking a lively and energetic people person who is confident engaging with a talented and diverse population and being highly consultative on business decisions with business leaders. Previous experience overseeing a region or working in rapidly growing companies would be useful, as would those who have supported both FT and hourly employees.
