Frazer Jones is delighted to work exclusively with an international financial services organisation to recruit a global Talent Acquisition Manager based in Birmingham. You will join an incredibly successful organisation who have grown significantly in recent years, now focussed on driving strategic talent initiatives, championing innovative recruitment practices and leverage new technology.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Management of a team responsible for global recruitment.
- Delivery of executive hiring globally with a focus on building value-add, commercial relationships with business leaders, adding strategic talent support.
- Driving continuous improvement, change projects and talent acquisition programs globally.
- Leveraging new and existing technology in order to push forward efficiencies, delivery and service to the business.
- Report on and drive the analysis and use of recruitment metrics and data.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global talent acquisition teams, a data-driven approach, and a passion for continuous improvement. As this is a regulated financial services organisation, experience in a regulated financial or professional services organisation would be highly advantageous.
