HR Advisor – Professional Services
We’re excited to partner with a highly regarded professional services firm that offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a HR Advisor position. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make an impact across a wide range of strategic and operational HR functions within a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.
The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute to multiple facets of the HR function. Your role will manage critical aspects of the employee lifecycle, from drafting employment contracts and onboarding new hires to processing payroll and coordinating exit logistics. Ensuring accurate maintenance of HR databases and employee records will also be a key part of the role. You’ll also be involved in working on regulatory and compliance matters in collaboration with key stakeholders within the business and contribute to rewards and benefits management whilst coordinating annual and mid-year review processes.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of HR experience in the professional services industry. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate senior stakeholders with high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. You should be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
