We are partnering with a leading Australian brand that has an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their small HR team on a fixed-term contract. Located in North Sydney, the business has a diverse, professional employee mix and a strong people centric culture.
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide business-focused, strategic & operational HR advice to a diverse client group. In addition to the HR Generalist remit, you will help develop and deliver strategic HR initiatives and programs across:
- Talent management (performance, development, talent & succession)
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Engagement
- Recruitment
- Reward and Recognition
- HR Data Analytics
Key accountabilities also include:
Provide HR consulting and operational support across the full employee lifecycle
- Coach and build capability of business leaders in relation to HR processes & policies including talent planning, L&D and performance management to promote engagement
- Manage & resolve employee relations issues
You will have:
- Proven HR generalist experience having operated in a Business Partner model
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- Sound legislative and ER knowledge and experience
- Strong coaching skills
- Down to earth, agile nature to adapt to a constantly changing environment
