HR Business Partner – Insurance
We are delighted to be partnering with a distinguished global insurance brokerage firm on a newly created HR Business Partnering opportunity. With a strong foothold in Singapore, the firm is undergoing a major transformation to enhance its broking operations and maintain its competitive edge in the industry.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders in the broking division to drive strategic HR initiatives that support the firm’s ambitious transformation agenda. This role requires a strong business mindset, the ability to navigate change, and the expertise to shape and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. A key focus will be on leading change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during the firm’s transformation while minimizing disruption to business operations. You will also play a crucial role in talent management, overseeing recruitment, leadership development, and retention strategies to build a robust and future-ready workforce. Employee engagement will be another critical area, requiring you to cultivate a positive work environment, address concerns effectively, and strengthen overall employee relations. Additionally, you will drive performance management initiatives, ensuring that business objectives align with individual and team goals, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential. A deep understanding of the broking business and its unique HR requirements will be highly advantageous.
