Human Resources Business Partner
We are delighted to represent our client, a prestigious global technology firm with a rapidly expanding presence in Hong Kong and Singapore. They are currently in the exciting stage of global expansion and are in search of a talented HRBP to join their innovative team.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in their global expansion journey. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and department leaders, gaining an in-depth understanding of the business objectives. By aligning HR strategies with these objectives, you will provide expert advice on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
In addition to your advisory role, you will develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement, talent development, and retention within the technology department. Collaborating closely with managers, you will identify talent gaps and create effective succession plans to support their rapid expansion.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as an HRBP, ideally within the technology industry. A strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws on a global scale is essential. Your ability to provide strategic HR advice and influence decision-making in a global context will be highly valued.
