Job Posting: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Irving, Texas (50-mile radius). Primarily remote but will need to travel to the office as needed based on business needs monthly.

Position Overview

As an HRBP at our firm, you will partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive key organizational initiatives, shape HR strategy, and implement solutions that support our business goals. We are looking for individuals who bring deep expertise in HR strategy, strong stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset. You will leverage your business acumen and analytical skills to influence change, improve talent strategies, and foster an environment that drives innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across various departments to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including talent management, employee engagement, performance, and organizational design.
  • Change Agility & Influence: Lead and support change management initiatives, guiding leaders and teams through transformations, including organizational restructuring, new technology implementations, and cultural shifts.
  • Centers of Excellence (COEs) Collaboration: Work closely with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, etc.) to implement best practices and ensure a cohesive HR strategy across the organization.
  • Communications & Stakeholder Management: Develop clear, impactful communications and presentations for senior leaders. Build and maintain relationships across departments and levels, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Expertise: Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify trends, and solve complex HR challenges. Proactively anticipate and address HR-related issues within the business.
  • Growth & Future Mindset: Drive forward-thinking HR strategies that support the firm’s growth and long-term vision, with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to develop leadership skills and optimize team performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner capacity. Experience within a technological or consulting environment is highly preferred.
  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to shape and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influencing decision-making.
  • Centers of Excellence: Familiarity working with COEs and aligning HR programs with business needs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership and influence change across the organization.
  • Change Agility: Experience managing and driving organizational change, with a deep understanding of change management principles.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and how HR can drive business success.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to diagnose issues, measure success, and implement improvements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
