I have just been retained by a growing Investment Firm who are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to run, drive and own their payroll & benefits offering outright.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be fully responsible for the UK, Guernsey and a small US jurisdiction (in total 210 employees).

They have a desire to grow and be best in class so this role will also offer long-term projects and developments that will enhance your career.

You will have the option to work on Reward related projects with the Head of HR and play a key role in their comp & bens round.

This role is clear proof of the evolution of payroll and is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual.
