About the Role
The Global Recruitment Operations Manager is a key role within the recruitment team, responsible for overseeing recruitment operations on a global scale. This position will be based in the company’s London office and may offer a flexible working arrangement with a hybrid and in-office schedule (no less than 3 days in the office).
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategic leadership in recruitment operations, ensuring the implementation of efficient and innovative processes across global platforms.
- Using data analytics to inform recruitment strategies, improve the candidate experience, and contribute to business growth.
- Designing and implementing best-in-class recruitment policies and procedures, aligned with global best practices.
- Collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with external vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities and drive operational efficiency.

Additional Qualifications Include:
- Extensive experience in recruitment operations with a proven track record, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and regulations in regions such as Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems.
- A global outlook with the enthusiasm for building international relationships and occasional travel.
