Job Description

In this role, you will report to the Head of Talent and collaborate closely with the senior leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the regional leadership and talent strategy, enhancing the company’s talent pipeline in terms of depth, breadth, and functional excellence. As the Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a global talent methodology and approach. This is a critical position that empowers HR to advance the people agenda and foster a performance-driven culture. Additionally, you will lead strategic workforce planning efforts to shape the future workforce and strengthen organizational and talent capabilities.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you should have a background in business partnering, combining industry experience with a multinational corporation (MNC). You must possess a strong track record in talent management, having previously contributed to the growth of a rapidly expanding organization. Being based in Singapore and comfortable working within a matrix reporting structure is essential. You should be capable of both hands-on and strategic work, thrive under pressure, and effectively collaborate across different time zones.

Key Requirements: Extensive experience in Talent Management and proficient in stakeholder relationship management.
