Roles & Responsibilities

As a Talent Specialist, you will join our global Talent Team, working closely with colleagues in the European region and supporting various talent and development processes. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager based in Frankfurt, you will support the team in areas including:

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and manage training programs, both in person and remotely, including onboarding and development programs.
  • Oversee logistics, scheduling, and communication with participants and trainers.
  • Support the firm’s global corporate university and manage training records through the Learning Management System (LMS).

Performance Management and Rewards:

  • Support performance management processes, assisting in meeting scheduling and report generation.
  • Help coordinate employee programs (e.g., mentorship, diversity initiatives) and assist with compensation documentation.

Talent Data and Analytics:

  • Ensure accuracy in talent data across the HR system for the European region.
  • Run reports and collaborate with team members to analyze data related to talent acquisition, performance, employee engagement, and other talent metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, ideally within an international environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a relevant field.
  • Skills in HR systems, data analytics, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
