Assistant Manager, Employee Relations
We are partnering a renowned local MNC to recruit for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their high performing team.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the point of contact with the union and ensure for harmonious relations between the union and employees and management team. You will participate in union negotiations, collective agreement, manage and drive labour relations programme through dialogue and collaboration with union. You will manage performance and disciplinary frameworks and policies. Conduct and resolve cases and collect relevant data and provide trends and reports to identify ER hotspots and risks and provide a proactive ER service to serve both the business and HR. This person will liaise with any appropriate employee representatives where needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years’ experience in an industrial relations and/or employee relations role. You will be an excellent communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders across different levels and internally as well as externally. You will be degree qualified, ideally in HR management or a similar field.
Critical: Union experience, in a large local corporation.
