Associate, People Operations
Our client, a thriving professional services firm in post startup phase, is developing their people operations team to support their explosive growth.
This role is ideal for a fast paced, resourceful, and bright HR professional with 4 years of experience supporting a people team in midsized or high growth firms.
You will:
- Oversee the onboarding process from offer acceptance to day one for all new hires, gathering feedback from employees and hiring managers to continuously identify areas for improvement, aiming to make this a standout experience.
- Run their bi-weekly payroll and serve as the an early point of contact for employee benefits question
- Stay informed on best practices and proactively seek ways to enhance our processes and policies.
- Act as the primary contact for daily HR-related inquiries (time off, benefits, payroll, etc.)
- Support the team manager and Head of HR on various initiatives and projects.
- Safeguard employee data, ensuring it remains compliant, secure, up-to-date, comprehensive, and accessible for both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests.
**The role is hybrid and requires the ability to work 4 days per week onsite in Lower Manhattan.
