HR Analyst – Generalist Team
The ideal hire will bring a minimum of 6 months or more post graduate corporate experience in an HR function, within a fast-paced professional or financial services environment. The role requires strong emphasis on client service, problem-solving, as well as attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, maintaining employee data and files, tracking personnel changes, and supporting global offices. The role also involves contributing to firm-wide projects, such as wellness and philanthropy initiatives, assisting with audits, and documenting HR policies. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a bachelor’s degree. Experience in Human Resources and familiarity with Workday are preferred. Flexibility to work late as needed is required.
