HR BP Lead (APAC) – PS / Fintech Group
A leading international professional services organisation with a entrepreneurial and high performance culture is looking to appoint a brand new HR Business Partner Lead (Director level role) into the region, to lead the HR Business Partnering & HR Ops function end-to-end, supported by an experienced team of HR Business Partners & Generalists spread across the region.
This individual will partner the Regional CEO and Country Heads as well as the broader Regional Leadership team for APAC directly, as a trusted adviser and executive coach. This person will also partner closely with Group HQ, as part of the global HR BP & Ops COE to drive international consistency where possible, also allowance for local market nuances. Due to the relatively lean and commercial nature of the organisation, this person will operate in a strategic and hands-on position driving annual HR processes such as Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Bonus Review end-to-end, overseeing HR ops supported by the country teams and also leading regional HR projects.
This individual will be an experienced HR Director, who has operated as part of a international HR BP and / or HR Ops COE. They must be comfortable managing a relatively lean but seasoned HR BP’s (SVPs) across the region.
Experience working in professional services (consulting, advisory) and / or Fintech experience with a combination of big global MNC best practice as well as lean / start up experience is preferred. This region operates like a high touch regional boutique / partnership within a broader group MNC, so let ability to navigate this model via excellent stakeholder management and collaboration is key!
