HR Generalist
Role: HR Generalist
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday – Thursday)
Compensation range: Up to $115k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1300 employees globally and is known for their incredible dynamic culture. Working as part of a global team you would be responsible for partnering the North American HR team to support a population of around 500 employees across the US and Canada.
Reporting into the US HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing the monthly payroll process (working with the global payroll team)
- Being the point person for benefits
- Collaborating with global HR teams (such as payroll, L&D, benefits and HRIS) on HR projects
- Leading the on and offboarding activities including conducting exit interviews
- Supporting the HR Manager in complex ER cases and taking point on running ER cases yourself
- Working with the Compliance team on secondments
- Being the point person for immigration
Key requirements:
- 4-8 years’ experience in HR.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
