HR Manager

Our client is a global, growth-oriented proprietary trading firm seeking an HR Manager to own and manage HR for the US, approximately 30 employees in NYC, Chicago and remote.

The role will report to the Head of HR in London and sit as part of a small, global HR team. The role is true generalist in nature, with responsibilities inclusive of on/off-boarding, ER, policy development, payroll/benefits management (via a PEO) and light recruiting. This person will also act as the defacto office leader when the CEO is traveling. The firm is seeking ~5-7 years of relevant, generalist experience within financial services arenas. The role mandates comfort with a high level of day-to-day autonomy and resourcefulness, while having the support of the broader HR team.

The firm is 5 days in office in lower Manhattan.
