Learning & Development Director

This leading national Accountancy firm is looking for an L&D Director to lead its team.

As a true leader in its field this large national organisation leads the way within its market with an impressive footprint across the country.

Forming part of a large team of L&D professionals this role will see the successful candidate creating and devising the learning strategy across both fee earning and business services employees and with your team creating clear and effective road maps into the business to bring strategy to life with impact and clarity.

The firm is looking to meet with candidates already operating at Director level, with solid people management experience and experience of working within a partnership environment. This is a broad and impactful opportunity that will see you working closely with the senior leadership teams to really understand business plans and overall organisational goals and in turn weave this into the L&D strategy across the business at all levels. Bringing a wealth or experience you will add value to the team both internally and also externally, looking at market activity, trends and moving the firm forward.
