Learning & Development – Early Careers Manager

I have just taken on a new search for an Early Careers Manager – L&D to join a fast-paced research company on a full-time basis. This role will report directly into the L&D Manager and is a hybrid role based in central London 2-3 days a week.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the early careers training academy as well as the apprenticeship and internship programmes for the business. In this role you will be required to partner with stakeholders in the business to analyse the current early careers L&D offering and develop ideas to improve this further. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders in the business and work closely with the wider HR team. You will also be responsible for developing engaging e-learning trainings and delivering these effectively.

Previous experience in a similar role, focused on leading and developing early careers training is required for this role. This role will also require strong stakeholder management skills, previous experience using and developing eLearning and managing an LMS as well as strong communication skills. The successful candidate will also have a strong proactive approach as they will be required to continuously review the early careers L&D offering and develop ideas to improve this further.
