Learning & Development Manager – Early Careers

Our client is a global financial services firm seeking an L&D Manager who will have oversight to their global early careers programs. This role will report to the Global Head of L&D and will manage a small team in the delivery and execution of regional early careers programs, while focusing strategically on enhancing and expanding the programs, driving operational efficiency, managing and developing stakeholder relationships, and leading budgeting and governance.

The firm is seeking L&D experience in financial or professional services environments, inclusive of or focused in early careers program development and oversight.

The role is based in Atlanta with a hybrid work arrangement. This is an excellent role offering ownership and the opportunity to expand global learning programs while working alongside an invested and passionate executive team.
