Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage programs aimed at developing early career professionals within the financial services sector. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future leaders of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies tailored to early career employees.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars that enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to early career employees.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on early career programs.
- Global experience, preferred experience with the US and UK.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
