Manager Total Rewards
We are pleased to be partnering a Healthcare Group to appoint a Total Rewards Manager (circa. $90-100k annual base excluding bonus) into the organisation. As a top-tier, world-class healthcare provider, the client is guided by the vision of delivering premium services to ensure maximal satisfaction within the ecosystem that they operate. Due to growing demand, they are looking for a resilient Rewards professional who can drive policies/processes to competitively reward and support the workforce. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.
Reporting into the Total Rewards Lead, the incoming will collaborate with three other Subject Matter Experts tasked with the mandate of driving compensation, benefits, performance management practices across two entities (exceeding 3,000 headcounts). At its fundamental, this covers annual merit and performance appraisal activities meant to evaluate and remunerate employees meritocratically, including conducting market benchmarking to provide insights on talent attraction and retention. At its most ambitious, the incoming will provide tailored Rewards and Performance related advice to the functional group(s) that s/he partners in order to promote organisational efficiencies. Due to ongoing transformations meant to uplevel Human Resources (HR) beyond mere operations, spearheading projects that look into improving extent Total Rewards programmes will form another deliverable. Put simply, you will facilitate a comprehensive and effective Total Rewards environment.
This role will undoubtedly require candidates with strong knowledge of Total Rewards and Performance Management, particularly on how best to translate policies into actual implementation. Hence, those with strong hands-on, end-to-end experience will be looked upon favourably. Aside from possessing the requite technical skills, strong communications are likewise key since this is a stakeholder management heavy position. Proficiency in another language aside from English would be an added bonus.
