Für unseren Kunden aus der Bauindustrie sind wir aktuell in Berlin auf der Suche nach einer Verstärkung für dessen Payroll-Team.

Deine Herausforderung:

  • Abrechnung eines zu definierenden Mitarbeiterkreises
  • Beratung der Mitarbeiter zu allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragenstellungen
  • Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft sowie Pflege aller abrechnungsrelevanten Stammdaten, inkl. des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports

Das bringst du mit:

  • mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lohnabrechnung, unabhängig von der Branche – gern auch in einer Steuerberatung bzw. einem externen Dienstleister gesammelt
  • nice to have: erste Erfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung von Baulohn
  • gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse im SV-, LV- und Arbeitsrecht
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
