Great opportunity with a leading Bristol brand as a People Data Analyst/Advisor working within a large People team.

Working closely with HR colleagues the role plays a crucial part supporting key decision making, contributing to the People agenda and strategy across a wide range of activities. With responsibility for collecting and analysing employee data these activities will include: performance, engagement, workforce trends, employee wellbeing and retention amongst others. A bi-product of the people data and analysis to drive data driven decision making will be the creation of HR dashboards and reports to provide real time insight into HR.

You will have proven experience of data analysis within a People/HR analytics environment. With the ability to analyse and interpret data, you will be able to make recommendations that will help impact and inform decision making for the People team. Experience of creating HR dashboards, the use of Excel and working knowledge of i-Trent and Power BI would be a distinct advantage.

The company is based in central Bristol and operate a hybrid policy.
