Recruiter
Our client is a global leader in powering the world’s alternative investment marketplace through its financial technology platform. is seeking a talented Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting, and be familiar with the financial services or fintech industries. As a member of the recruitment team, you will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to drive the full recruitment cycle, manage candidate pipelines, and identify top talent for Client’s expanding global operations.
This position will be based in Greenwich, CT (train leads you right to their parking lot) with the option for remote flexibility on Fridays, and reports to the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts from intake to offer stage, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for a variety of roles across departments.
- High-Volume Recruitment: Manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates through Greenhouse (ATS).
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates through creative sourcing strategies, industry networking, and partnerships with professional organizations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR business partners to understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on the latest talent acquisition trends, fintech recruitment strategies, and best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Onboarding & New Hire Experience: Ensure new hires have a smooth transition and top-tier onboarding experience.
- Project Support: Assist with diversity initiatives, candidate experience improvements, and other HR-driven projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably from an agency or in-house setting, with exposure to the fintech, financial services, or technology sectors. Experience recruiting for technical or high-growth teams is a plus.
- Recruitment Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, assess resumes, conduct screening calls, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Client Management: Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and driving results autonomously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
