Reward Manager at City Law Firm (FTC)

Frazer Jones are working with one of the world’s most prestigious global law firms to find them a Reward Manager to join their London Head Office for 12-month FTC. Based in their stunning City offices (working hybrid) you’ll be working alongside the wider Reward team, responsible for Compensation and Benefits – supported by a Reward Analyst and an administrator.

As Reward Manager you will be responsible for reviewing, improving, and managing all activities pertaining to compensation, benefits, and analytics reporting to make sure they are constantly able to adapt and innovate.

While there will be a lot of BAU work within this role, as well as autonomy when it comes to Compensation benchmarking, reporting and advising, and the delivery of Benefits – there are also a number of exciting projects about to begin that you will be heavily involved in.

Duties will include;

· Prepare for and deliver the annual reward cycle effectively, on time and on budget.

· Take responsibility for compensation modelling and analysis.

· Develop and maintain effective communications across the stakeholder population.

· Partner with the wider reward team to ensure consistency and transparency across the firm.

· Drive continuous improvement to ensure that Reward is seen by stakeholders as a “centre of excellent” and are the first point of call for advice.

· Manage third-party benefits suppliers to ensure that service level standards are met or exceeded , and that delivery is within budget.

What they are looking for is an experienced Reward Manager with strong, strategic analytical ability and advanced Excel. What is essential is that you come from a large, complex, matrix-style organisation where you are used to an operational role with extensive stakeholder engagement.

They are happy to consider candidates from any large, commercial environments – but ideally you will have had some experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
