Senior Benefits Advisor
Delighted to be working with a Cardiff based firm that is looking for a Senior Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Reward Partner this is an exciting opportunity for a Benefits professional looking to take ownership and the management of the benefits strategy as the firm looks to redesign its current package. With a focus on developing and managing the benefits platform, you will work closely with HR colleagues, Business Leaders and with 3rd party vendors. Internally you will be responsible for managing the benefits strategy and its communication to drive employee engagement and participation. You will also be asked to be involved in other areas of reward.
You will be an experienced Reward professional with experience of managing and developing benefits programmes. You will be data led, able to analyse cost/financial impact and pay close attention to data analytics, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
While the company is Cardiff based they operate a hybrid working policy with the ability to access the office on a weekly basis, preferably one day/week. The role comes with a great £basic salary + bonus + benefits.
