Senior Benefits Specialist (UK & Ireland)
I am representing a leading global fintech company based in London, dedicated to transforming the financial industry with cutting-edge solutions. The business offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment with a hybrid approach to working, combining remote and in-office work.
Role Overview: The Senior Benefits Specialist is to manage and enhance benefits programs across the UK and Ireland for a period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UK benefits, including taxable and non-taxable benefits, and experience in enrolling new benefits and aligning with various business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- UK & Ireland Benefits Management: Oversee and manage the benefits programs across the UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Taxable and Non-Taxable Benefits: Handle the administration of both taxable and non-taxable benefits, providing expert guidance on their implications.
- Benefit Enrolment: Lead the enrolment process for new benefits, ensuring smooth implementation and communication to employees.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various business teams to align benefits strategies with organisational goals.
- Policy Development: Develop and update benefits policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
- Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Data Analysis: Analyse benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UK benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of UK benefits regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with benefits enrolment and administration.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
