Senior HR Business Partner

The Organisation

I am delighted to be supporting this exciting FMCG business based in Dubai with several key appointments in the Human Resources function. This organisation is currently embarking on an exciting period of growth in the business.

The transformation will be key in enhancing the capability, talent, technology, and processes in the HR function and how it interacts with the business. The investment in its people and development of the Human Resources team will coincide with continued growth of the business globally.

The Role

This Senior HR Business Partner role will be based in Dubai and deliver the full suite of HR projects and responsibilities for all employees. Key stakeholder management at Director level will be commonplace as well as supporting the Chief HR Officer in implementing the People Strategy across the organisation.

The Criteria

To be considered for this role you will have experience as a strong Senior HR Business Partner within both start ups and multinationals.

Preferably, you have an MA/MBA with specialization in HR or undergraduate degree with recognised post-graduate HR professional qualification (eg CIPD/SHRM).
