Senior HR Business Partner (APAC) – Investments
Our client, a top tier global investments organization is looking to appoint a standalone HR Business Partner into Singapore (Regional HQ), to partner the regional leadership team and business across APAC, covering a number of markets. Reporting into the Head of HR International based in Western Europe, and working as a high performing international HR team, this individual will operate in a highly visible, high touch, and fast paced environment in a busy and varied HR Business Partner role as the sole “go-to” for the business on all APAC people matters.
More specifically, as the HR Business Partner for APAC, you will drive the people strategy, people advisory, HR projects and HR operations end-to-end, leading talent management, succession planning, performance management, talent acquisition in a broad HR generalist role, supported by COE’s in other regions.
This HR Business Partner will have a track record operating in a global investments or financial services organization, based in Singapore, with existing regional experience in a HR Business Partner capacity. You will ideally have a track record operating in large global financial services corporates, as well as experience operating in a standalone / individual contributor role or small team, being strategic but also operationally strong, working very closely with the global and regional leadership team. This individual must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
