My client, an international Real Estate Investment business, is in the market for a Senior Recruiter to start in the next few weeks.
This is a newly created position that has come about due to a sharp increase in volume owing to the success of the business.
Released initially as a six month day rate (inside IR35) contract there is potential for this role to be extended.
Reporting into the US, you will be responsible for all hires within the London office. This is an exciting role and would suit an experienced recruiter with a background in Real Estate and / or Investment Management.
With London being more of a satellite office you’ll be working in a stand alone capacity covering the full end to end remit.
It’s important you’ll have knowledge of the market and be willing to take a proactive approach to the recruitment process. While some roles will require third party assistance there is a focus on direct sourcing and cost reduction.
The client has a hybrid working pattern with three days in the office and two working from home.
Typical duties include; advertising, vetting candidates, interviewing, negotiating and relaying offers, onboarding to include referencing and checks. In addition, you’ll be tasked with additional project around the PSL, process and brand awareness.
