Sr. Manager, Employee Engagement Lead
Our longtime client, a noted midsized global law firm with an exceptional culture, has engaged us to appoint a highly creative and entrepreneurial individual with a true passion for Employee Engagement and a proven track record of innovation.
This hire will play a key role in formalizing the employee engagement function for both attorney and staff populations. A natural problem solver and data-driven decision maker, the ideal candidate will know how to analyze data to inform strategic choices, build trust-based relationships, and lead the design of new programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement across the firm.
The role supports employee engagement across both the attorney and business professional staff, and involves collaboration with HR teams and senior business leaders, with regular interaction with the C-suite. Experience out of a peer firm or highly relevant partnership setting (accounting, management consulting) is required. Cndidates with experience from mid to large law firms are strongly preferred. The position is based in Midtown NYC and requires three days in-office on a hybrid model.
