Role: VP, Campus Recruitment

Location: New York, NY

In Office Schedule: 4 days on site

Compensation range: Up to $185k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a prestigious financial services firm who are looking for a dynamic in-house Recruiter to join their HR team and take ownership the Campus Recruitment for the business.

In this role, you’ll have full strategic ownership of the campus program while also managing the execution so you must thrive balancing both elements of the role. It’s a great opportunity to take ownership of the function and take it to the next level to really make an impact.

As the expert within the business, you must be able to leverage your market knowledge, experience, and analytical approach to work closely with senior stakeholders in developing the strategy for each recruitment season. Your focus will primarily lie on intern campus recruitment with the intern program serving as a feeder for future Analyst classes. There is also ton of opportunity to get involved in other aspects of HR and take on some generalist work with the opportunity to expand and grow.

As the VP, Campus Recruitment, you will:

  • Be fully responsible for developing and executing the campus recruitment strategy.
  • Be responsible for program management for the intern class.
  • Keep on top of trends to ensure the business is competitive in the market.
  • Fully run the recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates, managing interview logistics, gathering feedback, organizing recruitment events, and delivering offers.
  • Manage the firm’s relationships with colleges and organizations
  • Leverage strong data and analytics skills to determine and track key metrics, demonstrate ROI, and tell a compelling story through data.
  • Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and proactively support business needs.

Key requirements:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in campus recruitment.
  • Experience working within a rigorous financial services institution.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment with a white glove service mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong data and analytics skills utilizing metrics to help shape strategy.
