Workday HRIS Analyst (6 months FTC)
I am partnered with an outstanding brand based in the heart of London to hire a 6 months FTC Workday HRIS Analyst. This role is to start ASAP reporting into a Workday Lead to take full control of a support role with a range of Workday HR systems & data cleansing projects, Workday reporting, systems maintenance, EIB uploads and year end.
From the very beginning, you will have a chance to support interesting projects across multiple modules of Workday, support integrations across other bespoke technologies within the business, and push forward to the end-user experience, overall lifecycle, and capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM
- Strong knowledge of Wrokday reporting
- Strong knowledge of EIB’s
- Assist other members of the team in improving their understanding of operational areas of expertise
- Assisting stakeholders in the definition of business process specifications and requirement gathering
- Give the HR Systems Manager guidance and assistance with upkeep activities
- Support for Workday’s data design/structure, as well as integration with external and bespoke systems
- Align application architecture rework with the Data Leadership team within the IT division.
- Project-leading in the field of human resources and providing unstructured assistance as necessary
The role offers a competitive package of up to £60,000 p.a on a 6 months FTC. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
