We are delighted to launch our salary and market report for 2022-23.

We surveyed HR professionals across the UK to gain a comprehensive view of the market. As you will see, there was an excellent cross-section of specialisms, experience and types of business.

Some interesting trends include:

  • 59% of HR professionals are considering moving role in the next year
  • 17% of HR professionals who have moved role in the last six months have secured a 30%+ salary increase
  • 60% of HR professionals say HR is very aligned to their business agenda
